Day 33: Mount Rushmore

Hi All, Today I visited with four of this Nations great Presidents. Well at least with their images carved into the stone of a mountain. Mount Rushmore is a different place than the National Parks I have been visiting. It is a National Monument, and as such is a creation of man for man. Day 31: Wind Cave National Park and Custer State Park

Hi All, So what did you do today? Really I would like to know. Please leave a comment and tell me what you did today. Me I walked a mile and a half underground. Saw some cool speleothems, cave formations to us lay people, called Boxwork; Frostwork; and Popcorn. All in the amazing Wind Cave National Park. Day 29: Travel day – Sundance, WY to Custer, SD

Hi All, A short travel day today. Only went about 80 miles south east. The drive was again through some very beautiful country side. No Interstate freeways today, back to the two lane highways. Wyoming 585 to U.S. 85 to U.S. 16. A section of nice and twisty mountain driving but, pretty much an easy short drive. Arrived at the Broken Arrow Campground and RV park at about 12:15pm.
